Articulture’s outdoor arts ’encounter’ at Pontio’s brand new festival of circus and street arts ‘Gwledd Syrcas Feast’ in Bangor invited North Wales based artists, arts organisations, arts officers, funders, festival directors and makers to gather for a laid back sunny day to enjoy the festival, to network, and to see new work by Wales and UK based artists.
It also allowed Articulture and Pontio to share their news on recent collaborative work to develop outdoor arts in Wales, including a pilot Wales Outdoor Arts Commissioning Consortium, and the premiere of Articulture/Pontio commission ‘Kaboom’ by the Wales based performer Hugo Oliveira
